More than 30 illegal migrants identified at construction site in Krasnodar

Krasnodar security forces conducted a raid on the construction site of one of the residential complexes and identified more than 30 migrants who were working in violation of the law.

Employees of the Migration Department of the Internal Affairs Directorate of Russia for Krasnodar Krai conducted a raid on the construction site of one of the residential complexes of the regional capital.

It turned out that 55 foreign citizens were working at the site. Of these, 26 workers worked in violation of the decree of the head of Krasnodar Krai, three did not have patents. Two foreigners have expired their legal stay in Russia, Kuban 24 reported on July 26.

As a result of the inspection, 60 administrative protocols were drawn up under articles on illegal labor activity, violation of the stay regime, failure to comply with the obligation to notify about hiring a foreign citizen and violation of the rules for attracting and using foreign workers, Kommersant reports.

Earlier, Kavkazsky Uzel wrote that in November 2024, a 62-year-old resident of Krasnodar was accused of registering more than 500 foreign citizens at the addresses of her real estate.
