"North-Caucasian Platform" pickets Russian Embassy in Turkey

The protest action held on October 4 at the Russian Embassy in Istanbul (Turkey) was organized by the "North-Caucasian Platform." This was told in a telephone conversation with the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent in Maikop by Haji-Bairam Bolat, Turkish journalist of Adyg origin.

"The 'Zhineps' Organization was among the participants of the action, I saw its members there," the journalist said. "But the initiator of the action was the 'North-Caucasian Platform'."

As to the protest slogans in relation to celebrations of the 450th anniversary of voluntary accession of Adygs to Russia and the intention to hold winter 2014 Olympiad in Sochi, they have coincided in these two organizations.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has informed that the said protest action at the Russian Embassy was held on October 4 by the "Zhineps" Organization.
