Tutakov will help to bring compatriots from Europe back to Chechnya

Vagap Tutakov, a former parliamentarian of the Chechen Republic of Ichkeria (ChIR) and special representative of Aslan Maskhadov in the PACE, who was kidnapped on September 10 in the Urus-Martan District of the Republic and released on September 22, intends to get back to political activity.

"He doesn't know yet in what capacity he would continue his political work, but he's made a principle decision to return into the politics," one of Tutakov's close friends has asserted. "He is going to deal with the issues of homecoming for Chechen refugees living now in European countries. He's made a preliminary discussion of this issue with Nurdi Nukhazhiev, Ombudsman for the Chechen Republic, and found the latter's support and understanding."

Speaking about the kidnapping of the former deputy of the Ichkeria Parliament, the source has stated that Tutakov does not know exactly who had kidnapped him and where he was kept all that time.
