Case on discrediting militaries arrives in court in Adygea

Law enforcers have drawn up a protocol on discrediting the Russian Army against Victor Cherchenko; and his administrative case has been sent to the Giaginsky District Court of Adygea.

Initially, the court returned the case to the police due to procedural violations; and law enforcers corrected them, the "Kavkaz.Realii"* project has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that administrative responsibility for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces was introduced on March 4, 2022. A repeated violation committed within a year implies already criminal prosecution.
