Instagram* users urge to arrange work of stores in Chechnya

The report on the inspection of Chechen stores, during which almost no violations were revealed, has aroused distrust among Instagram* commentators.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that earlier residents of Chechnya complained about inflated prices for socially essential products.

The inspection results of the observance of the rules of sale of goods, the price level, compliance with sanitary and fire safety standards in Chechen stores were published by the Instagram* public "Chechnya Today".

The essential foodstuffs are available in every store; the shelf life thereof is observed, same as the sanitary fire safety regulations, Adlan Dinaev, a member of the "Edinaya Rossiya" (United Russia) Party, was quoted by the above public on July 2.

Instagram* users have doubted the truthfulness of inspection conclusions. "Don't make me laugh! There are almost no price tags anywhere! And (about) sanitary standards ... especially at 'Berkat', I generally keep silent; sausage is in the sun, and bread near the road," the user tihorezk has noted. "I myself have repeatedly observed violations of sanitary norms; and this is a fairly common occurrence in the Chechen Republic. There are no price tags anywhere or they do not correspond to reality. In general, the picture is sad. It would be worth working with the stores," the user enriko_el has pointed out.

*On March 21, the Tverskoi Court of Moscow banned the activities in Russia of the Meta Company, owning Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, in connection with extremist activities.
