Over 14,500 refugees from Donbass arrive in Rostov Region in a day

During the past 24 hours, over 14,500 refugees from the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics (DPR and LPR) crossed the Russian border in the Rostov Region, border guards have informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 1, more than 15,000 refugees arrived in the Rostov Region from Donbass, and over 16,000 a day earlier.

During the past 24 hours, refugees arrived in the Rostov Region from the territories of the DPR and LPR, as well as from Mariupol, the press service of the regional border branch of the Russian FSB has reported. "Over the past 24 hours, more than 14,500 citizens crossed the border to enter Russia through the checkpoints located in the Rostov Region," the "Interfax" has quoted the press service today.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that after refugees from the LPR and DPR arrived in the Rostov region, some of them complained about the difficulties in obtaining humanitarian aid. To document the due payments, one has to "run around" offices of numerous officials, they have stated.
