Another Azerbaijani citizen was killed by a shot from an unknown direction in the centre of Kharkov. On March 2, the number of Azerbaijani citizens killed in Ukraine rose to five.

“By March 14, over 7500 people were evacuated from Ukraine to Azerbaijan. Of them, about 3000 were delivered by charter flights and about 4500 – by buses,” the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan reported in a message on March 14, which was translated from the Azerbaijani language by the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent.

To evacuate citizens, the Azerbaijani authorities organized 15 charter flights to the cities of Iasi and Bucharest in Romania and Polish city of Katowice. First of all, women, children, the elderly, and the sick are being evacuated, the Azerbaijani MFA reports.
