Turkish authorities appoint state guards to leaders of Chechen Diaspora

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 8, six Russian citizens were detained in Turkey, one of whom, according to the Chechen blogger Khasan Khalitov, may have been the organizer of the assassination attempt on him.
