On August 30-September 5, 2021, no one fell victim to armed conflict in Northern Caucasus

During the week of August 30-September 5, 2021, no killed or wounded in the ongoing armed conflict in Northern Caucasus were reported. These are the results of the calculations run by the “Caucasian Knot” based on its own materials and information from other open sources.

Law enforcers detained a resident of the Storozhevaya village in Karachay-Cherkessia, who had several earlier criminal records. The detainee wounded a field investigator who was taking him to a police station. A case was instituted on an attempt on the life of a law enforcer.

Court decisions

In Rostov-on-Don, the military court found Robert Emirgamzaev, a native of the Kizlyar District of Dagestan, guilty of participating in a terrorist community in a Kalmyk penal colony and sentenced him to 5.5 years of imprisonment.
