Law enforcers bring to responsibility residents of Argun after a video with a dead dog

The Chechen police posted a video of a preventive conversation with residents of Argun, whose children dragged the body of a dead dog along the ground for burial and became the heroes of a video popular on Instagram. The police considered the above fact as the basis for drawing up administrative protocols against parents of the children.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Chechen law enforcers regularly reprimand local residents on various occasions and post videos of these "conversations" in social networks.

The Chechen police watched a popular video posted on social media in which Chechen teenagers had tied the body of a dead dog to an all-terrain vehicle and were dragging it down the street. The Argun police identified the heroes of the video and held a preventive conversation with their parents. Administrative protocols have been drawn up against the adults under the article on the failure of parents to fulfil their responsibilities for the upbringing of minors.

“At present, the issue of registering minors on police preventive registration is under consideration,” notes a message posted on the official Instagram page of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) on the evening of September 2.

The message is accompanied by a video in which two policemen are sitting in a hall under portraits of Vladimir Putin, Akhmat Kadyrov, the first president of Chechnya, and Ramzan Kadyrov, the current leader of the republic. “Good afternoon. We all know why we have gathered today. Your children tied a dead dog to a motorcycle and recorded a video,” says one of the policemen in a video as translated from the Chechen language by the “Caucasian Knot” correspondent. Meanwhile, the police show footage of the video with the dead dog, which became the reason for the preventive conversation.
