During the week from August 16 to August 22, 2021, during the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus, no information about any casualties or wounded persons was reported. These are the results of the calculations run by the "Caucasian Knot" based on its own materials and information from open sources.

In the house of a 67-year-old resident of the village of Novy Chirkey, Kizilyurt District, employees of the Dagestani Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) found a workshop for converting civilian weapons into combat ones.

The villager was detained; and criminal cases were initiated on the fact of illegal circulation of explosive devices and firearms.
