Nina Tseretilova, resident of Dagestan, complains about court's inaction after her children were stolen

Court marshals arrived at the house of Magomed Tseretilov in Buynaksk to enforce the court decision on the transfer of children to their mother, but the procedure was disrupted because of marshals' inaction, Nina Tseretilova has complained. In his turn, Shamil Khadulaev, Magomed Tseretilov's advocate, insists that the children themselves refused to leave with their mother.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Nina Tseretilova had turned to the police about her son's disappearance. She suggested that her ex-husband, whom the court had restricted in his parental rights, was involved in her son's disappearance. Tseretilova managed to return only her eldest son; but she does not know the whereabouts of her other two children. On July 18, a video appeal of the missing Tseretilova's son appeared on the network. He announced that he wanted to live with his father in Dagestan. Instagram users suggested that the video was recorded under pressure.

Nina Tseretilova, 33, said that the judge had decided to leave the children with their father, treating her behaviour and appearance, in particular, piercings and tattoos, as "immoral". When in marriage, Nina was regularly beaten up. On March 24, the Supreme Court (SC) of Dagestan satisfied her claim for the custody over the children, but after that she complained about new threats received from her husband.

Court marshals arrived at the house of Magomed Tseretilov in Buynaksk to transfer the children to their mother, but failed to fulfil their duties, Nina Tseretilova has stated. According to her version, the marshals said that the children themselves refused to leave. At the same time, children are not allowed to communicate with their mother for several months and are not let to school.

In April, the father tried to take the children to Chechnya, but this attempt failed, she has recalled.
