FSB reports detention of extremists in Rostov-on-Don

Three members of an extremist grouping, detained in Rostov-on-Don, planned to leave offensive inscriptions on government buildings and throw incendiary devices at them, the FSB reported.

According to a suspected organizer of the extremist grouping, the extremists’ radical views were formed under the influence of a Telegram community, which moderators are based in Poland, the TASS reports. “The suspect received from Poland the instructions concerning how to make incendiary devices,” the FSB reported.

Suspected members of the extremist grouping were detained in a criminal case instituted under the article on "vandalism motivated by political hatred."
