Russian militaries report road demining in Nagorno-Karabakh

Since the start of the peacemaking mission, sappers have cleared more than 24 hectares of ammunition and at least eight kilometres of roads in Nagorno-Karabakh, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 27, Russian militaries reported on the neutralization in Stepanakert of 87 explosive objects during the last 24 hours, including the buildings of two schools, which are now preparing to resume their work.

The "Caucasian Knot" has drafted a map to show the territories that will pass over to Azerbaijan after the autumn war. Also, the "Caucasian Knot" has published a deployment map of the Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh.

Since the start of the peacemaking operation in Karabakh, sappers have demined over 750 explosive items.
