Grozny schoolchildren publicly repent for broken fence

The "Grozny" TV Channel has posted a video on the Instagram with the repentance of four teenagers for a broken fence in the territory of a Grozny school.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Chechen law enforcers are regularly publicly reprimanding local residents for various offenses.

The report with adolescents' repentance was posted on November 28 in the Instagram page of the "Grozny" ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Company). The schoolchildren broke the iron fence of the 10th School in Grozny and scattered its parts across the football pitch; they filmed their actions and then spread the clip in social networks, the description to the video says.

The video footage shows a meeting of law enforcers with the teenagers and their parents. The four schoolchildren stand near the window with their heads bowed. They repented of their actions, the report said.

"The teens' parents, their teachers, law enforcers and clergymen were present at the meeting. <...> According to the pupils, should they had a chance to return the tomorrow, they would have acted differently," the video says, adding that for the committed act, the pupils will be registered at the police; and their parents will be brought to administrative responsibility.

Some commentators have criticized the teenagers. "How can you be so unnatural?" asked the user djannat_i. Other commentators have blamed parents of poor care of their kids.
