Some 40 law enforcers raid "Tangim" Mosque

Law enforcers have checked documents of drivers and passengers of the cars near the Makhachkala "Tangim" Mosque after Friday namaz (prayer).

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that law enforcers are regularly conducting their Friday raids in the vicinity of the "Tangim" Mosque. On September 25, the mosque visitors noticed an intensification of the raids.

According to Magomed, a parishioner, the total number of law enforcers who took part in the raid did not exceed 40 people. They acted according to their usual algorithm: they stopped cars leaving the mosque and recorded the personal data of everyone who was in them.

In its turn, the Dagestani Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has announced that law enforcers ensured security in crowded places.
