Georgian PO confirms falsification of proofs in Bachaliashvili death case

According to the Prosecutor's Office (PO) of Georgia, the satellite images of the car, in which Tamar Bachaliashvili's body was found, and which were presented by the advocate of Tamar's family, had been falsified.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Teona Tamazashvili, the mother of the deceased programmer Tamar Bachaliashvili, would not trust the investigators' version about her daughter's suicide. On September 22, investigators suspected the advocate, Mikhail Ramishvili, of falsifying the satellite images, which show that the victim's car was not at the place where she was found dead.

The PO has explained that investigators did not look at any other information in Ramishvili's phone, including those related to his professional activities "since this is of no interest to the investigation." The PO has also noted that Ramishvili had provided his mobile phone voluntarily and allowed it to be sealed up.
