Nalchik attackers have publicly repented in Kabardino-Balkaria

The "Kabardino-Balkarian Pravda" newspaper has published the "Address of Former Members of Illegal Armed Formations (IAFs) Who Have Voluntarily Laid Down Arms," which runs that the time that has passed allowed them "to give a new look on their actions and rethink over the grave consequences" of what has happened. "Enticed into someone's political and economic games, we found ourselves on a false track named "jihad." A genuine Moslem would never go against his people and co-believers with arms in hand," the message of the attackers on the capital of Kabardino-Balkaria Nalchik states.

Further, the message runs that most of those still hiding have never been organizers of illegal actions. The authors invite them to lay arms and get back to peaceful life.
