Instagram users criticize report about provocation with Ramzan Kadyrov's mask

In Europe, a secret laboratory has created a mask simulating the Ramzan Kadyrov's face for the operation "Twin", the Chechen Press Ministry's edition and the "Grozny" TV Company report. Social network users considered the information incredible and called it an attempt to divert attention from the kidnapping of Salman Tepsurkaev.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 7-8 in Chechnya, and then beyond its borders, the video, in which a naked man sits on a bottle, explaining that he is doing this as punishment for cooperating with the oppositional 1ADAT Telegram Channel, has caused huge resonance. The channel's authors are sure that the moderator of their chat, Salman Tepsurkaev, was kidnapped and publicly humiliated by law enforcers.

A report about an impending provocation against Ramzan Kadyrov was posted by the agency "Grozny-Inform". "According to sources, a certain operation 'Twin' has reached its final stage. The posts are accompanied by a video demonstrating a realistic mask which accurately simulates a half face of Ramzan Kadyrov. The activities to manufacture the mask were carried out in a classified European laboratory, the sources report. 'It has been reported that a selection of candidates is underway to carry out provocations using the prepared mask sample," the agency "Grozny-Inform" quoted a certain report on September 15.

The video which accompanies the post depicts a realistic model of the Ramzan Kadyrov's head. A hand in a glove puts sunglasses on the mask and turns the head itself to different sides.

Social network readers reacted to the post with laughing. "The most secret laboratory known to no one but everybody," wrote user abdulla. "Has that laboratory nothing else to do, except for manufacturing such a mask?" user lm5883 commented under the post as translated from the Chechen language by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. "The name of the operation is just a kind of hype: 'Twin'. Now <everything> Ramzan Kadyrov does will be commented on as if it has been dome by his twin," user muhammad0689 noted.

User nyc696_696 considered the posts reporting about the impending provocation as part of a campaign aimed at drowning out the public outcry around the humiliation of Salman Tepsurkaev. "They use every pretext (Zakaevs, conspiracies, Europe) just to force people to forget about that humiliation with a bottle," wrote user nyc696_696.
