Bachaliashvili's defence presents proofs of staged suicide

In Georgia, the advocate of the family of Tamar Bachaliashvili, a perished programmer, has released satellite photos as proofs of the fact that during the search for the young woman, her car was not in the place where it was later found with Tamar's body inside.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Teona Tamazashvili, Tamar Bachaliashvili's mother, does not trust the investigators' version of suicide as the cause of her daughter's death. On September 7, the advocate announced new circumstances in the case of the murdered woman.

The 23-year-old Tamar Bachaliashvili disappeared around July 18; and her body was found in her car on July 22. Investigators found no signs of violence.

The Prosecutor's Office (PO) is not interested in proving the authenticity of these photos; this shows their unwillingness to conduct an objective investigation, the advocate believes.

In its turn, the PO has stated that the origin of these photos presented by the advocate has not been specified.
