Law higher school student kidnapped in Chechnya capital

In the Staropromyslovskiy District of the capital of Chechnya, members of unidentified power agencies have kidnapped Salambek Omarov, 20, a local citizen and a third-year student of the Law Department of the Gudermes Branch of the Makhachkala Institute.

About 2 p.m. in the Staropromyslovskiy District of Grozny, employees of one of local power structures have seized and taken nowhere a local resident of 20. The information has arrived from the relatives of the kidnapped man.

So far, the relatives' attempts to establish the whereabouts and further destiny of the student kidnapped in the capital of Chechnya have yielded no results.
