Khabib Nurmagomedov's father buried in Dagestan

Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov was buried in the village of Kirovaul, Kizilyurt District; the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, came to express his condolences to his relatives.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, a coach in freestyle wrestling, died on June 3, after being infected with coronavirus; he was in a coma for a long time.

In the village of Kirovaul in the Kizilyurt District, where the family of the Dagestani mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov lives, by May 25, 2020, a total of 500 residents had suffered from viral pneumonia; 11 of them had died. Many of them did not turn to doctors; and their diseases were not registered.

Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, the Honorary Coach of Russia, raised and trained 11 world champions in combat sambo; he coached Khabib since childhood. Rasul Mirzaev was also his pupil when he performed for the Dagestani team.
