New Head of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya has been appointed

A new Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic has been appointed in Chechnya.? Militia Colonel Ali Alkhanov became an appointee, was announced in the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Before this appointment Alkhanov held a position of the Head of the Grozny?s Main Department for Internal Affairs in Transport.

The former Minister of Internal Affairs of Chechnya Ruslan Tsakaev sent in his resignation for domestic reasons. He will continue his service in Moscow. His new position has not been settled yet.
