Story about young Kadyrov's admirer show promotion techniques of Chechen authorities

The Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation has gifted a six-year-old video hero, who said he was dreaming of becoming Ramzan Kadyrov's bodyguard, ready to die for him. The boy's parents filmed the video, seeking an award, while Chechen authorities used it for self-promotion, said local residents.

In the video, the crying child declares to his mother that he wants to be Kadyrov's guard. After meeting the boy, Kadyrov ordered his assistant to go with the boy to the toy store and buy whatever he wanted at the expense of the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation.

In the video posted on Kadyrov's page on the Instagram, the boy talks about his readiness to defend Ramzan Kadyrov. "When I grow up, give me to Ramzan Kadyrov! I'll let myself be shot instead of him! Ramzan Kadyrov is good, he's stopped the war," the child states.

"Despite his age, the boy is full of courage. He is ready to stand up for me and repel any attack!" wrote Kadyrov.

This post has gathered mostly positive comments. However, the residents of the republic interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent have treated the clip as a staged one.
