Soldier dies at exercises in Armenia

Ararat Khechumyan, a serviceman of the automobile company, turned over in a combat vehicle during exercises and died, investigators have reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at the Investigative Committee of Armenia that Junior Sergeant Khechumyan, a conscript soldier, perished in a road accident.

"According to preliminary data, Junior Sergeant Ararat Khechumyan, born in 1999, died in a road accident," Artsrun Ovannisyan, the press secretary for the Armenian Ministry of Defence (MoD), wrote in his Facebook.
