Two men wounded at shooting in Ingushetia

On April 9, at the building of Muftiate in Nazran, a resident of Ingushetia shelled two men from a traumatic pistol, the Ingush Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has reported. The conflict broke out among members of two local teips (family clans) because of a monetary dispute, a source said.

According to the MIA, during the conflict of three local residents, one of them used the above weapon. "Two men were wounded in the leg and backbone," said a MIA source, adding that the victims were hospitalized.

An informed source said that the young people's conflict, members of two teips, broke out because of a monetary dispute, for the resolution of which they turned to the Spiritual Administration of Muslims (SAM, or Muftiate) of Ingushetia, the "Interfax" reports.
