Complaint against Pavel Grib's verdict sent to court

On April 8, a complaint has been sent to the North-Caucasian District Military Court against the verdict to Pavel Grib, who was sentenced to six years under the case of a terror act, said his advocate.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 22, a Rostov-on-Don court sentenced Pavel Grib to six years in prison after finding him guilty of inciting a terror act in a Sochi school. A brief complaint on the verdict was sent to the appellate instance; and the full text of the complaint will be ready after receiving the verdict, the advocate has stated.

Pavel Grib was accused of inciting a female resident of Krasnodar Territory to commit a terror act. According to investigators, he persuaded her to detonate a bomb in a Sochi school. His defence claimed that the case file contains only a file with some correspondence translated into Russian, but has no screenshots of the correspondence as such. Pavel Grib stated other people had access to his account.

Marina Dubrovina, the advocate of Pavel Grib, a citizen of Ukraine, has stated, as quoted by the RIA "Novosti": "I have already sent my complaint to the court. Pavel will draft and send his one before April 12."
