Russian military wounded in Armenia

Doctors assess the condition of a Russian serviceman of the Russian military base, who received a stab wound in Gyumri as stably grave.

The serviceman was stabbed this night in Gyumri, Naira Arutyunyan, the head of the Information and Public Relations Division of the Investigating Committee of Armenia, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The patient was operated on; there is no threat to his life, doctors have stated.

According to the police of the Shirak Region, a 22-year-old Russian citizen, Radjan Kazhimirov, was wounded.

Let us remind you that on November 5, 2018, Arman Djandjugazyan, a resident of Armenia, was sentenced to 22 years of imprisonment for assassinating the Russian serviceman Dmitry Yalpaev.
