Defence of policeman accused of Tskaev's death demands to exclude important proofs

The advocate of the policeman Oleg Dzampaev has stated that the indictment was formulated incorrectly; and a number of proofs should be removed from the case. The widow of Vladimir Tskaev, who died after being questioned by the police in Vladikavkaz, has opposed this motion.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Vladimir Tskaev, a resident of Vladikavkaz, died on November 1, 2015, after being interrogated at the police station. According to relatives, he was tortured. The court session was postponed eight times; and the defence announced protraction of the trial.

The article "Causing death by negligence" should be re-qualified into "Murder," Tskaev's relatives believe.

"They have their own plans, as they represent the interests of their clients. I hope that we'll achieve justice in this case," said Zemfira, Vladimir Tskaev's widow.

The woman also spoke about support that she receives from residents of North Ossetia and other regions.
