Tourist from Austria dies on Mount Elbrus

Rescuers have handed the body of a man, whose heart stopped on Saturday while he was climbing Mount Elbrus, over to law enforcers.

The tourist from Austria died at the altitude of 5000 meters in the vicinity of Gara Bashi.

Earlier, on August 10, a Moscow tourist got lost on Elbrus and fell down into a crack on the glacier. Rescuers helped him to descend from the mountain.
