Police station under attack

Rebels fired automatic weapons at a police station on the outskirts of Zony, Shatoi district, last night, a source with Chechnya's Internal Affairs Ministry told Caucasian Knot. One serviceman of the Russian Internal Affairs Ministry's interior troops was seriously wounded as a result. He was admitted to a military hospital and the doctors assess his condition as grave, though stable.
