Sinyagovsky, Vladimir Ilyich

Politician. Ex-Head of Slavyansk-on-Kuban City's administration and Slavyansky County Administration, Krasnodar Region.

Born August 9, 1948, in the Cossack settlement of Novo-Nikolayevskaya, Krasnoarmeysky County, Krasnodar Region. After graduating from high school No. 6 of Sad Gigant sovkhoz in 1964, entered Professional Technical College No. 7 in the city of Novorossiysk. Upon the graduation form the College in 1966, was distributed to work to Novorossiyskmorstroy trust as a fitter. Since 1967 until 1969, served in the Soviet Army. Upon demobilization, entered Brykhovetsky Agricultural Technical School. Having graduated from the technical school and received a qualification of a mechanic technician, was distributed to work in a rice-growing Novopetrovsky sovkhoz, Slavyansky County, where consecutively occupied the positions of a mechanic, fleet manager, head maintenance engineer, and head mechanical engineer. In 1982, graduated from Agriculture Mechanization Department of Kuban Agriculture Institute.

From 1982 to 1984, worked as a head mechanical engineer in the Agriculture Department of Slavyansky County Executive Committee. In 1984, was appointed the director of the rice-growing Novopetrovsky sovkhoz, where showed himself to be an educated, competent specialist and a good organizer of the operations.

From 1985 till 1990, was elected three times the deputy of the County Council of People's Deputies. Since 1989, was a director of the Agropromkoopsnab complex in the city of Slavyansk-on-Kuban. Since 1990, was director general of Agropromtekhnika complex.

Since 1992, was in the position of the head of Slavyansky County administration. In 1996, was appointed the first deputy head of Krasnodar Region administration for coordination of the agro-industrial complex work, later the first deputy chairman of Krasnodar Region's Government and a director general of the Agriculture and Provisions Department. On December 5, 1996, was elected the head of Slavyansky County administration. Was in this position till November, 2002.

Married, two children.
