Navalny's supporter reports about his detention in Maikop

Today, Pavel Mikhalchenko, a volunteer of a Navalny's office, has informed the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that on March 10, he was detained in Maikop under the pretext of being mentioned in a police operational bulletin. A law enforcer threatened to use force against him, noted Pavel Mikhalchenko.

According to the activist, he had earlier been three times at the police station, where he was brought for identification. One of the law enforcers forced Pavel Mikhalchenko to get out of his backpack and give up propaganda materials of "The Strike of Voters", including 700 leaflets and 100 stickers. After a protocol of seizure and search had been drawn up, Pavel Mikhalchenko refused to give an explanation, the "OVD-Info" reports today with reference to the activist.

"They drew up an explanation, a seizure protocol, and also a personal search protocol, while no administrative protocol was drawn up," Pavel Mikhalchenko said as quoted by the "OVD-Info".

The activist has noted that law enforcers threatened to torture him "in a basement" before they released him.
