Suspect of killing "Rosgvardia" officer in Armavir arrested
Today, by a court judgement, Mukhtar Malsyugenov, suspected of killing two people, including an employee of the "Rosgvardia" (Russian National Guard) in an Armavir restaurant, was arrested.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that a shootout in the Armavir restaurant occurred at night on November 26. As a result, a "Rosgvardia" officer, Pyotr Lomakin, the head of a private guarding division, and two other persons, Sergey Borovoy, the head of the "Vityaz" security agency, Andrei Saaryan, a businessman, were killed. On December 5, a 35-year-old man was detained, who, according to investigators, fatally wounded the man who shot at Lomakin and the "Rosgvardia" officer.
Mukhtar Malsyugenov is charged with killing two persons.
"Today, the court has granted the investigator's request on putting him behind bars," the website of the Investigating Department for the Krasnodar Territory of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICFE) reports.
