On October 19, Ramzan Kadyrov, the head of Chechnya, wrote in his Instagram that four women, one native of Chechnya, and three from Dagestan, and 11 children were evacuated from Syrian "hot spots" to the territory controlled by the authorities of Syria.

"On Friday, the group of the women and children, brought on October 19 to the Khmeimim Russian Airbase, was added by three women and three children. As a result of our representatives' painstaking work, they were found and brought from the city of Efrin to Aleppo, and from there – to Khmeimim," Ramzan Kadyrov wrote in his Instagram.

The age of the children brought today to Grozny today is from three months to 10 years. They were accompanied by Ziyad Sabsabi, the Kadyrov's representative in the Middle East and North Africa.
