Today, the burial service for Armenian philanthropist Levon Airapetyan, who died in a Mordovian penal colony, has been held in the Cathedral of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Moscow.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that businessman Levon Airapetyan died on October 18. The defence stated he was seriously ill and should not have been imprisoned. However, the Supreme Court (SC) of Mordovia recognized the businessman's imprisonment as justified.
