Investigators call on Dagestan residents to help searching missing person

Investigators have released the description of the resident of the Suleiman-Stalski District, who disappeared on August 29.

The whereabouts of Mizamudin Kaflanov, born in 1968, a resident of the village of Orta-Stal, is still unknown, the press service of the Investigating Department (ID) for Dagestan of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reports, adding that the man was supervised by a psychiatrist.

Investigators have urged everyone who knows anything about Kaflanov, to inform the above ID.

Also today, the ICRF has put forward a kidnapping version of Alexei Kardashov, a Khasavyurt resident who left home on September 14 and never returned since.
