Ruslan Parsilaev is sentenced to six years of imprisonment, and Magomedsalikh Nazarov to five years of imprisonment. The court found them guilty of aiding and abetting two natives of Dagestan, wanted on suspicion of killing a Moscow policeman in 2015.

The "Caucasian Knot" informed that on November 6, 2015, Police Lieutenant Viktor Razudalov was killed in Moscow when he tried to check IDs of three men. Azamat Shikhavov and Zavur Khamutaev, natives of the village of Babayurt, were put on the wanted list on suspicion of killing the policeman. They were also wanted for the killings of law enforcers in Dagestan. On November 17, 2015, it became known that Azamat Shikhavov and Zavur Khamutaev were killed during detention in Kalmykia. Ruslan Parsilaev and Magomedsalikh Nazarov, natives of Babayurt, were detained on suspicion of aiding and abetting criminals.

According to the verdict of the court, Ruslan Parsilaev and Magomedsalikh Nazarov will serve their sentences in a common-security penal colony, reported the website of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) on June 8.

The investigators and the court found out that in the period from October to November 2015, Ruslan Parsilaev and Magomedsalikh Nazarov, being aware that Zavur Khamutaev and Azamat Shikhavov were active members of an illegal armed formation (IAF), helped them hide from law enforcers, providing them with shelter, food, vehicles, and means of communication.
