Karatist from Kabardino-Balkaria becomes bronze medallist of World Championship
At the World Championships in Kyokushinkai Karate, Kantemir Beslaneev from Kabardino-Balkaria has been defeated by Igor Ryadnov, a karate athlete from Moscow. The athlete from Kabardino-Balkaria took the third place.
The 5th Championship and World Championship in Kyokushinkai Karate were held in the Romanian city of Sibiu.
Kantemir Beslaneev has become a bronze medallist in the weight category of up to 90 kg, the RIA "Kabardino-Balkaria" reports.
At present, Kantemir Beslaneev is a member of the Moscow Federation for Kyokushinkai Karate. He is a Master of Sports of Russia, the "mfkarate.ru" reports.
The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that at the All-Russian Karate Tournament, held in Orel on May 7, karate athletes from the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) won three gold, two silver, and one bronze medals.
