In Digora, protest camp of North Ossetian truck drivers left empty

In the afternoon of April 20, the last truck left the camp of participants of the strike against the "Platon" system deployed on the outskirts of the city of Digora.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in North Ossetia, truck drivers supported the All-Russian strike against the "Platon" system, which was started on March 27. On April 19, truck drivers announced the completion of their protest action. On April 20, the last trucks left the camp near the village of Kardjin.

According to truck driver Taimuraz Gazalov, one of the main reasons for such a decision was the lack of unity of truck drivers from different regions. "Everyone is working... We need to feed our families and to return our debts. So, we decided to stop our protest," noted Taimuraz Gazalov.

Valery Salagaev, another participant of the protest action, also believes that the financial difficulties of the truck drivers resulted in the completion of the strike.
