Azerbaijan parliamentary elections may be delayed

If international organizations will persistently continue to put forward numerous proposals and recommendations concerning electoral reform, the Azerbaijan authorities may delay the parliamentary elections set for the autumn of 2005. The Caucasian Knot correspondent has learnt it from an informed source. The authorities will take such a step to avoid revolutionary scenarios, the source holds.
