Magomed Aushev identifies three policemen suspected of torturing him

During the confrontations arranged on March 21 and 22, Magomed Aushev has identified two other policemen. According to the resident of the Ingush village of Ekazhevo, they tortured him. Earlier, Magomed Aushev identified one of the policemen and claimed that he used violence against him.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 18, the advocates filed a motion to hold the procedures of identification and confrontation with the law enforcers suspected of using torture against Magomed Aushev.

On December 20, 2014, Magomed Aushev was detained on suspicion of opening fire from a car of the wedding party cortege. According to his relatives, Magomed Aushev was tortured after the detention.

On March 10, Magomed Aushev said that during the torture, "a plastic bag was put on his head."

"But during the torture, when I was losing consciousness, they made a hole was in the plastic bag and I could drink water. During the next series of torture, the plastic bag slipped down and I saw the faces of the men who were beating me," noted Magomed Aushev.

According to Murat Aushev, a brother of Magomed Aushev, after the institution of the criminal case against the policemen, relatives of Magomed Aushev regularly received threats. Murat Aushev has also noted that after the confrontations, "much fewer threats were voiced."

Murat Aushev has also added that the Investigating Department for Ingushetia of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) is considering the issue of granting state protection to Magomed Aushev and his family members.

Let us remind you that in May 2015, the mother of Magomed Aushev reported that armed people came to their house and demanded from Magomed Aushev to retract his complaints.
