Sochi: Dyakov family occupies municipal flat again

On March 13, the Dyakov family, evicted in the afternoon out of their municipal apartment, in the evening moved into it again. The parents of three children said that they have nowhere to go. Now, the court will have to reconsider the Mayoralty’s about their eviction, said the advocate Mikhail Okhrimenko.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 13, in Sochi, court marshals broke the front door and evicted, following the court judgement, the Dyakov large family out of the apartment of the reserve housing fund, they had occupied.

Fyodor Dyakov explained that his wife was in hospital since March 2, but had to leave it with high temperature in grave condition in order to be with her children.

After the departure of court marshals, it turned out that the drugs vital for the disabled child occurred locked in the apartment.

The mother explained that she had been hospitalized with a diagnosis of "pneumonia", and intended to return to the hospital.

During the eviction, the court marshals did not let to the venue Elena Dzaganiya, an activist of the KSM micro-district, and Gennady Kotenko, a member of the "Open Sochi" movement.

Ms Dzaganiya has noted that no one claims for the apartment, from which the large family was evicted.

According to the advocate, the officials have clearly exceeded their powers, when filing a lawsuit on the eviction and enforcing thereof.
