NKR: 213 families receive $4000 each for birth of fourth child

The Charitable Fund "Tashir" has allocated 852,000 US dollars for payments to families, in which the fourth child was born in 2016.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that earlier the "Tashir" Fund moved the initiative to pay 4000 US dollars to each family in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, into which the fourth child will be born in 2016-2018. The start of payment was scheduled for January 20, 2017.

On January 20, a banquet hall in Stepanakert hosted the solemn awarding of 4000 US dollars worth cheques to 213 families, into which the fourth children were born in 2016, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

In total, in 2016, 254 children were born as the fourth into their families, the NKR's Ministry of Public Health told the "Caucasian Knot".

However, on January 20, the above USD 4000 cheques were given only to 213 families, who had coped with registering and presenting document to confirm the birth of the fourth child, Artak Beglaryan, the press secretary for the NKR's Prime Minister, has explained to the "Caucasian Knot" and assured that "within three to six months the rest of the families will receive their money."
