Verdict to Permyakov upheld

Today, the Armenia's Court of Appeal (CoA) has upheld the verdict to Valery Permyakov, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of a family in Gyumri.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported wrote that on August 23, Valery Permyakov, a soldier of the 102nd Russian military base stationed in Gyumri, was sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of seven members of the Avetisyan family.
