In Dagestan, CTO legal regime in Buynaksk District lifted

The operational headquarters for Dagestan has cancelled the counterterrorist operation (CTO) legal regime imposed in the Buynaksk District on October 18.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 18, the CTO legal regime was introduced in the Buynaksk District in connection with the search for persons involved in the armed underground.

It should be noted that the CTO legal regime in the Buynaksk District was introduced for the third time since the beginning of 2016.
