Court refuses to re-check testimony given by Inessa Tarverdieva

At the trial in the case of "Rostov Amazons", defenders of Inessa Tarverdieva filed a motion for an additional review of her testimony. The court has dismissed the motion.

Let us remind you that on October 18, the trial in the criminal case against Inessa and Viktoriya Tarverdieva and spouses Anastasia and Sergey Sinelnik was resumed after a two-month break.

On September 20, 2013, the defendants in the criminal case were charged of killing residents and policemen in the Rostov Region. According to investigators, the criminal grouping involved residents of the village of Divnoe of the Stavropol Territory.

On October 19, the court summoned for questioning the senior investigator at the request of victim Valentina Chudakova, the mother of Dmitry Chudakov, a SWAT fighter from Nizhny Novgorod, killed in 2009.

According to the investigator, he and other members of the investigation team had no doubts in the testimony of Inessa Tarverdieva, who indicated a place of the murder of Lyubetsky (a driver of the Moscow Industrial Bank, killed on June 5, 2007, whose body was found in Mukhina Balka).

Ashot Seiranyan, an advocate of Anastasia Sinelnik, has filed a motion to carry out an investigative experiment at the scene; however, the motion was dismissed by the court.
