    NAC confirms killing of two men in Derbent CTO

    The men killed in a counterterrorist operation (CTO) carried out in Dagestani Derbent were involved in terror acts. This was reported by the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC).

    According to the preliminary information, the killed men are identified as 28-year-old Magomed Mavlukov and 18-year-old Ikras Muradov, the "Interfax-South" quotes a source from the law enforcement bodies as reporting.

    The killed men were on the federal wanted list on the suspicion of organizing a criminal grouping and illegal sale of drugs. Near the bodies of the killed suspects, law enforcers discovered several firearms and a large amount of ammunition.
