In Iraq, militants report on death of Chamsulvar Chamsulvaraev, bronze medalist of European wrestling championship

Chamsulvar Chamsulvaraev (Al-Bara), a native of Dagestan, a well-known wrestler, was killed in Iraq. This has been reported by the media resources, supporting the terrorist organization "Islamic State" (IS).

Chamsulvar Chamsulvaraev was killed in the city of Mosul together with Muhammad Akhmedov (Abu Zeid), a preacher from Dagestan.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the death of Muhammad Akhmedov (Abu Zeid) was reported by his relatives on September 22. Muhammad Akhmedov, who joined the "Islamic State" (IS, earlier, ISIL, recognized by Russia as a terrorist organization, which activities were prohibited by court order), was killed in a drone attack.

Meanwhile, at the time of the shelling, five other persons stayed inside a car together with Abu Zeid, and they were also killed. Their number included Chamsulvar Chamsulvaraev, a native of Dagestan, report the IS media resources, broadcasting in Russian.

The information about the Chamsulvar Chamsulvaraev's death was confirmed to the "Caucasian Knot" by Joanna Paraschuk, an analyst of the British analytical centre IHS Jane's, an author of the blog "Chechens in Syria".

Various sources, including the Russian FSB, have confirmed that militants from Russia are fighting for the "Islamic State", says the document prepared by the "Caucasian Knot": "Caucasians in the ranks of IS (ISIL)".
