Azerbaijani runner Elena Chebanu wins her second medal at Paralympics
This time, Elena has taken the third place in the women's 200 meters run at 23.80 seconds. This bronze medal is her second one at Paralympics in Rio de Janeiro.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 10 Elena Chebanu won the silver medal at women's 100-meter run.
In the final 200-meter run, the first place went to Omara Durand from Cuba, the second – to Ukrainian Oksana Boturchuk, the "AzerTaj" reported on September 12.
As of September 12, the Azeri Paralympic team had six medals: Ramil Gasymov (judo) won the gold medal, Bairam Mustafaev (judo) and Kyamil Aliev (long jump) – took silver medals, Elena Chebanu (athletics) with two medals – a silver and a bronze, and Rovshan Safarov (judo) won a bronze medal, the "haqqin.az" reports.
